Diploma in Christian Counselling

DIPLOMA IN CHRISTIAN COUNSELLING SYLLABUS Title: The name of the Course shall be “Diploma in Christian Counselling” Objectives: The aim of the course is to impart knowledge develop skills and create suitable personality, attitude, motivation and behavior patterns required for effective Christian counselling skills in different Christian organizational settings. Duration: Two years Eligibility for Admission: Any grade 12/GCE with 3 credits or better and graduate in any field within Zambia and Abroad will be eligible for admission. Those gifted & proved to have served and are serving people but with either a grade 9 certificate & grade 12 certificate with passes may be given a chance even though they will be subjected to the pre - exams. Admission Procedure: The student will be admitted to this course on the basis of merit to be judge according to the results and experience. There shall be four theory papers of 100 marks each. Field Work and Viva-voce Examination (including project report) of 100 marks each. Examination: The examination will be conducted as per scheme centrally prepared by the Controller of Examination. However, every student admitted to this course will be required to fill up the examination form at the time of admission. The pass marks and division will be as per college norms.
